- Advertisement of pyramid networks - Network Marketing or topics including getting rich and the like
- Any type of competition or lottery (with or without prize)
- Sale of sports supplements
- Any kind of advertisement related to smoking or drug addiction
- Sale of metal detectors or related devices
- Any type of advertisement related to matchmaking, family counseling or dating sites
- Renting, selling or introducing VHS, CD, VCD, DVD sites filled with movies or music
- Any type of advertisement related to leasing (except authorized agencies of government companies with a license)
- Providing invoices and pre-invoices for obtaining a loan, removing the employer's insurance contribution and similar
- Advertisements related to green card
- Buying and selling Hajj vouchers
- Kidney buying and selling
- Request to receive the amount for any title in the text of the ad
- Include the account number in the text of the ad
- Advertisements suspected of fraud.
- Introduction of sites whose template and idea of its implementation have been copied from the Soft Ray site.

Also, since SoftRay is an online retail website, according to the e-commerce law, a customer or consumer is any person who purchases goods or services for purposes other than business or professional occupation.
Rules and responsibilities related to the sale of cosmetic products
- The information of each cosmetic product on the Soft Ray website is for information only and does not have a consulting aspect. Before using cosmetics, the buyer should obtain professional information and obtain advice from the relevant specialist. Also, the opinions posted by users about the product on the website are the personal experience or information of the people and do not create any responsibility for them or Soft Ray. Also, Soft Ray is not responsible for the correctness of the information provided on the product packaging, and the responsibility lies with the company that produces the product.
- In case of lack of knowledge, information and inability of the customer to use cosmetics and health products or cause damage to himself or the product, all the responsibilities are on the customer and Soft Ray Store will not have any obligation in this regard.
- In case the returned product is confirmed to be defective by the supplier or manufacturer, Soft Ray will simply return the cost of the product or service according to the invoice (up to one month from the date of the invoice) to the customer.
- Softray is not responsible for physical complications and diseases caused by the use of cosmetic products (such as skin allergies, injuries, etc.). The necessary follow-up should be done by the customer and through the relevant companies (agents and supply).
